All products are shipped from Houston, Texas. USPS is our preferred shipping carrier within the US. Orders are shipped via USPS FIRST CLASS.
Note: Free shipping promotion offers (when applicable) apply only to a US address originating within the 48 states.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING is using USPS First Class International. Customers will be responsible for exchange rate, duties, and taxes according to their country. International orders may be subjected to customs delays. Once your package crosses US borders, the USPS tracking may not give complete tracking information. Use the same international tracking number and track your package through your local postal service. If the tracking information indicates your package passed customs inspection and have not been delivered to your door, you will have to physically claim your package at your local post office. Your local postal service will return any unclaimed packages back to the USA.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package.
